Look who's been shopping at Dune!

Lisa Butcher from What Not To Wear and Britain's Next Top Model clearly likes her flats. She was recently spotted in Dune buying Korr, £50 and Klix, £40. In fact, the high street store has been doing pretty well from the 'slebs recently. Bianca 'Love Island' Gascoigne is a big fan, and even Hollywood stars are converts...
Apparently Neve Campbell, one of the many US actresses to fall in love with London, couldn't resist the lure of Catherine, £85.

Get Her Look - Avril Lavigne's Report 'Guarda' T-bars
It seems that the girls here at Shoewawa aren't the only fans of '40s-styled footwear, with platform t-bars dotting the red carpet recently on starlets like Ashlee Simpson, Selma Blair and Kate Bosworth. The particular pair that we're showcasing for you today is called 'Guarda' - part of Report's Signature line - and was recently spotted on Avril Lavigne.
The designer, Harel Waldman, styled the satin lovelies after 'forties era pin-up girls', and they do capture the look rather well. Wear them with a knee-length pencil skirt for some '40s glamour, or with skinny jeans for a more '80s style. If you love them, they'll set you back $178.95 at Zappos.

Get The Look - White boots are Go-Go
White, as an Autumn / Winter trend, has been bouncing around for a while now, although it hasn't had the pulling power of trends such as leopard print and houndstooth. This may be set to change.
In recent weeks, Lindsay Lohan, Nicole Richie and Elisha Cuthbert have all been seen sporting identical white, flat-heeled boots, and when LiLo and Ms Richie wear something, it inevitably seems to catch on.
If you're looking to inject some Go-Go into your step, these white leather boots from River Island, at £59.99, should give you the look you're after.
But beware. White boots are notoriously difficult to wear, because the stark contrast of the solid white colour with your legs may "cut your figure in half" (thanks Trinny & Susannah). Our Fashion TV star Kim has already confessed her hatred for them, and unless you have the legs of an Amazonian goddess, or are exceptionally tall or thin; this may be a trend you want to walk on by.

House of Dereon Velvet d'Orsay Wedges
"Tame the red carpet in the grace exuding Hepburn." says the description for these d'Orsay wedges. No prizes for guessing who (apparently) inspired them, but it might come as a surprise to know that they come courtesy of another starlet (and this time not one known for her subtlety). The shoes are from House of Dereon, the fashion design stable set up by Beyonce and her fashionista mother Tina Knowles. They're $168.95 in navy, black or brown velvet.

Ashley Olsen's Balenciaga Platform Pumps
"Yikes!" was what first came to mind when I saw these Balenciaga platform heels, which could only be described as Enemy Number One when it comes to ankles! Still that hasn't fazed young Ashley Olsen from dashing about town running errands in them!
If you're feeling brave and you're willing to risk the altitude nose bleed, there'll be a wait (and a collective sigh of relief from ankles all around the world!). Check Balenciaga for stockists.

Get Her Look - Paris Hilton's Tory Burch Heels
We weren't kidding on Catwalk Queen when we said that Tory Burch's label was everywhere these days; and Paris Hilton has happily jumped onto the band wagon. She's been seen wearing the ballerina flats in red that we saw on Hilary Duff last week, as well as these lovely Tory Burch 'Rae' stacked heels in navy (just don't tell Gemma that she's wearing the Diane von Furstenberg dress that she's been lusting after, or it'll be a sad case of 'When Catwalk Queens Attack!').
If you love the style, they'll set you back $295, but they've proved so popular that you'll have to settle for them in camel. If you're after the flats, they're available in a variety of colours for $195.

J.Lo's 'Pigalle' Christian Louboutin Stilettos
Don't be fooled by the shoes that she's got,
She's still, she's still Jenny from the block.
Used to have a few pairs, now she has a lot.
No matter where she goes, she knows where they came from (Louboutin!)
Oh, Jenny. You couldn't just have the most luscious hair; dewy, glowing skin; and a derriere that's literally worth millions. No, you had to go and do it, didn't you...
You got the 'Pigalle' crepe and lace Christian Louboutins before the rest of us could get anywhere near them. Some girls have all the luck.
If you love them, I'm afraid you'll have to wait. They'll set you back a cool $580, check Christian Louboutin for stockists.

Get Her Look - Hilary Duff's Tory Burch Ballerina Flats

Just a few weeks after Tory Burch shoes made their debut on Shoewawa, Hilary Duff has been seen wearing an alluring pair of mustard 'Reva' ballerina flats. Made from soft Nappa leather and a flexible rubber sole, they sound like shoe heaven for flat-loving girls; and the trademark Tory Burch logo embellishment brightens up what would otherwise be a plain design.
Still, if you don't care for mustard, you're in luck! The flats are available in a variety of finishes and colours - not to mention a particularly striking pair in faux python! These practical but lovely ballerina flats start from $195 at the Tory Burch online store.

Get Her Look - Kate Moss & Lindsay Lohan Love Minnetonka Boots
It seems that Sienna's not the only starlet who loves her boots. Kate Moss has recently been spotted about town wearing Minnetonka boots - boots that first made an appearance back in Winter 2004! Although the ones she's sporting now-a-days are in black, she's obviously a fan of the 'butter- soft suede'; and what the boots lack in looks, they may well gain in comfort.
Never one to shun a trend, Lindsay Lohan has also been spotted wearing the boots in brown in the last few weeks. The style they're loving is the Minnetonka Front Lace Boot, and is yet another version of the moccasins we've been seeing a lot of lately. If you love their style, the boots are available in the UK for £82 from Minnetonka, and in the US for $63.45 from Shoebuy. No word on why there's such a discrepancy in price!
