Flat Choo's
No more of that ‘ah, but if I bought a pair of Choo’s I’d never wear them because they’re too high’ rubbish. These Jimmy Choo’s (Momo, £195) are flat, comfy and they follow one of the key Summer shoe trends (Moroccan inspired). Wear them with an Allesandro dell'Acqua top and Marc Jacobs cargo pants as Net-a-Porter recommends, or wear them with everything you own as they’re so expensive you have to justify shelling out for them by never taking them off!

Candies does it again!
We have no intention of making Candies the standard punch line of every joke on this site, but if they will make it so easy for us, we won‘t pass up the chance to ridicule. Shown here are the three colourways of ’Leedia’($68), a platform sandal with what is cunningly described by Zappos as a ’stylish logo on vamp’. And there was us thinking it was a tacky advertisement for where you’re going on holiday next year…

Bling with Gina
We thought our last post of the week should involve Friday Night shoes. So feel free to drool over the Electra sandal (£340) from Kylie's favourite shoe shop. Nobody does bling like Gina (JLo‘s been known to shop there, too). If you register with the site, you can enter a competition to win a pair of shoes up to the value of £350, meaning you could get yourself these sandals for free, or perhaps you'd prefer the modern classic 'Tatiana' toe-post mules (£315)?

Delias 'Daisy'
Did you know that you need a pair of flat paisley & floral pumps? Well, you do! The ‘Daisy’ shoe is only $28 from Delias. It shouldn’t work, but somehow it does. And if that’s not enough, the two colours happen to be exact matches for the Anitsa Tam and Anitsa Tap Tap skirts from ASOS, for that full-on Natasha Bedingfield look. This is what is universally known as ‘fate‘, ladies!

eBay Watch: Balmoral Pumps
Our eBay watch is extra special this week. A while ago we introduced you all to the beautiful pleated ‘Balmoral’ pump from Louis Vuitton, and called it our 'Shoe of the Season'. Since then, loads of you have got in touch to let us know about the billions of copies a plenty on eBay. Since you’re all obviously in love with this style (as are we), we’ve decided to devote this week’s eBay watch to them. Many thanks to everyone who sent us eBay links, you saved us a long and tiring job!
Black Satin Version (UK Size 5)
Red Satin Version (UK Size 7)
Ivory Satin Version (US Size 6.5)
Pink Manmade Upper Version (Size 39, UK 6, US 8)
Blue Manmade UpperVersion (US Size 5.5)
Most of these sellers have the shoes in various sizes, so don't panic if you don't see yours. You can also buy copies online at ASOS and Friis Company.

It's Manolo Time!
We thought after shoe exhibitions, odd designs, novelty boots and disgusting designer wedges, it was time for some indulgence, and some seriously beautiful shoes to balance it all out. Cue Manolo Blahnik's 'Callo' ($575), a shoe that screams 'I want to have sex with you'.
You have been warned.

Rochas Spring / Summer 04
After we waited almost 15 minutes for the web pages to load thanks to our 56k modem (lack of broadband is a long story, but we like to think of our computer as 'vintage' - it goes with our 80s stilettos) we hoped to God that Rochas' new shoes were worth the wait.
Alas, for every pair of sexy metallic spike heels, there were a pair of these. Test your patience at Rochas.com now.

Dooney & Bourke 'Hearts'
Remember those funky boots from Sugar Shoes that we showed you a couple of weeks ago? Well consider these the high-end version, the Dooney & Bourke 'Hearts' boots ($165), with black shearling lining. We imagine these were designed so that spokesmodel Lindsay 'Mean Girl in real life, too' Lohan doesn't have to wear Uggs like her rival Hillary Duff (or something like that). Whatever reason, they're pretty groovy if you like that 'I never actually grew up' look.

United Nude 'Mobius Hi'
This interesting pair of mules are from United Nude and come in at a surprisingly reasonable £41.70 at Let's Buy Shoes. Problem is, we can't actually decide what we think of them, besides liking the pink. Are they cool, arty shoes or are they weirdy looking wedges that wouldn't work in real life? Your answers on a postcards to the usual addre.....on second thoughts, just leave a comment.
