Egg egg timer

I try not to fill my cupboards with single-purpose kitchen gadgets, but it would be easy to make space for the Norpro Egg Rite Egg Timer; simply chuck it in the boil with your eggs, and it will darken to indicate the eggs' state of doneness. I am pro-anything that helps me be a culinary genius prior to the consumption of my morning coffee. [Star C. Foster]
