Siemens gets inspiration from the Ipod

Siemenssf65Looks like a couple of the designers over at Siemens might own an iPod. The company’s latest clamshell phone bears many of the design aesthetics of the music player, with a minimalist white body and silver edging.

The SF65 will appeal to those of you that like getting snap happy with your phone’s camera. It’s got a 1.3-megapixel digital camera on it for starters (which means you should be able to get shots that are decent enough to print out), with a screen that swivels round so you can use it as a preview pane when taking pics. It’s also got a flash on it and the 18MB of memory should provide enough space for a good few snaps to be stored.

That’s about it in terms of features, but that’s more than enough as far as we’re concerned. It’s set to launch in the UK in January 2005.
