Sofa, so good
We think the designer of this sofa may have had a little too much cheese before going to bed, and dreamt of large, snail-eyed sofas chasing him/her through the house. That’s our only explanation for this crazy couch, called the Morfeo.
The bendy, eye-like objects are actually lights that can be positioned however you want them, allowing you to get on with your knitting while watching TV. (That’s still the trendy thing, right? We haven’t moved onto something else, like tatting or Webster’s punch or something?)
The sofa also transforms into a bed, so your guests can spend an uneasy night with the sensation of being watched by a piece of furniture.

This reminds me of a toy I had when I was 7, called a 'Glo-worm'... It was in the shape of a snail, glowed (hence the clever name) and I recall I liked it a great deal. However, one night, during an experimental phase, I got it very firmly stuck on my tongue. Much trauma followed. This sofa looks much safer, though.
