Sustainable chair made from human hair

Human hair is stronger and more resilient than the perennial favourite, fiberglass, so... It was probably more natural than it seems that Ronald Thompson developed a composite involving discarded hair clippings and there are now several lines of chairs out using it.  Fiberglass is in products ranging from structural beams to mascara, and judging from how much I saw hit the floor during my rug rethink this afternoon, there's a ready and sustainable supply of hair-alternative.  (Given the outre style in the chair, it's no real surprise he had the idea while on the set of Batman Begins.)  [GT]
