Quality SeaVeg from Donegal
As we said before, seaweed is really good for your garden. It's also delicious and absurdly good for you - loaded with vitamins, minerals, and gangs of general nutrients. SeaVeg, based in Co. Donegal, Ireland, processes several different kinds of seaweed from Dulse, which can be cooked as a side dish, to Carragheen, which is used in jelly moulds, to Sweet Kombu which can be eaten straight from the pack. The Sea Veg web site also includes recipes to aid the seaweed novice to become a seaweed maven (merven?).
