Jamie Oliver to power, turbines to restaurant speed
To make Fifteen more eco-sound (and save a few bucks in the process), Jamie Oliver has applied to put two mini wind turbines on the restaurant roof. Coming in at only 1.8m high, restaurant director Will Ashworth said, "The visual impact will be very low and the environmental impact very high. The only place you will be able to see them from is the beach." This sounds a lot like the turbines used by Proven Energy in Scotland - small, sweet and powerful. [GT]
