Beyond Muesli and into Superfood
I tend to be pretty generous with my evaluation of Hippy-oriented products, but the idea of supercharged muesli is proving a little hard for me to, er, swallow. It's breakfast! Food is not meant to explode! It should course serenely through your innards with the wisdom of the Buddha! (Not that I recommend that, if you kill the Buddha, you eat him.) The Beyond Muesli also has to soak for a whopping eight hours before you eat it, which is long prep for anything that doesn't involve a barbeque. Hippyshoppers, is it worth it? Does it supercharge you? Kindly do post.[GT]
