Happy National Organic Dairy Week
Today - according to Rachel's Organics - is the first day of National Organic Dairy Week, intended to debunk the idea that all dairy is bad. OMSCo also thinks organic dairy is good. Rachel's is going a step further, with a yogurt-based diet that will help you lose ten pounds in two weeks. Sadly, they're not giving it away, but £4.99 plus 49p p&p sounds exceedingly reasonable if it really will take £4.99 off each hip. (Er, I mean five pounds.)
National Organic Dairy Week also means coupons, free samples, demonstrations with organic farmers, health and beauty tips, and extra recipes. As previously noted, milk's a key place to go organic, plus it tastes much better, so if you're dithering, now's a good time to give it a taste.
