Ecoist: the bag so nice we blogged it twice

Ecoist bags are made out of candy wrappers, drink labels and food packages that were discarded due to printing errors or the packaging being discontinued.  Their newest line is mid-size bags made from recycled movie billboards - very sharp looking.  And, they plant a tree for each bag purchased (all as previously noted by Ella. Clearly these fabulous bags have hijacked my brain.) 

The bags range from coin purse at $22-$28 USD up to full-size totes at $215 USD.  Some of the mid-size bags have compartments for keys, change, etc, but all the bags are hand-made and one-of-a-kind.  A bunch of the clutches are on sale from $28-$48 in a variety of colours (mostly green+silver and red+silver).
