Saving wood from the chop
I first came across Steve Handley's designs at Pedlars, who sell his range of recycled hooks made from odd antique forks and spoons (£12.50). His website is a dedicated treasure trove of recycled furniture made from old kitchenalia. I love the cupboards made from old reclaimed chopping boards, reclaimed pine for shelving and cutlery latches. Each are unique and carved with little messages, as pictured and priced at £112.50.
