The reclaimed rocker

Reeldesign_2Take the flatpack genius of IKEA, add recycled wood and a dousing of design flair and you get this rad rocker. It's made by reelfurniture, who keep it real by building the chair from abandoned industrial cable reels and as much reclaimed timber as possible. The end result speaks for itself - it's intended for outdoor use, but I see a winter rocking chair here that could even warrant learning how to knit. This adult-size one costs £395 including delivery, but it's only one of several pieces of eco furniture, gardenware and homeware available from reelfurniture's website.
