Cookies - the organic, allergy-free variety

In theory, cookies without wheat, dairy or gluten should taste like rancid polstyrene. I say 'should' because I've just binged on a packet of Against the Grain's allergy-free almond cookies in a gluttonous fashion that makes the tinned spaghetti guy in Seven look like a Weight Watcher champion. They're the product of Lisa Worthington, an ex-model fed up with having nothing naughty to eat when she discovered she was gluten intolerant. My reasoning for including her cookies here is that they taste incredible and come from 70 per cent organic ingredients. Although they're tricky to hunt down in shops, you can order them online for £3 a pop over at Real Food Direct (I bought mine from Macfarlanes in London).
